We are proud to announce that Alight has been recognised as an All In Champion. All In is our industry’s initiative to improve inclusion and representation within UK advertising. Launched in 2021, it began with the All In Census, the UK advertising’s largest industry-wide survey, created by the AA, IPA, ISBA and Kantar.

Having previously completed the census, as an All In Champion, we have additionally committed to the Action Plan’s eight steps (created from data gathered from the Census). This includes supporting: Black talent, Disabled talent, Social mobility, Women, Asian talent, Older talent, Mental health and LGBTQ+.

Alight's role as an All In Champion forms part of our commitment to creating a Best Company and a Best Place to work. In 2023, Alight was the top media owner listed in Campaign’s Top 100 Best Places to Work and was recognised by the Best Companies scheme in 2023 as a Best Mid-sized company to work for in the UK, a Top 30 Best Mid-sized Company to work for in London and a Top 30 Media and marketing business.
