The latest report from the Ad Association and WARC shows that the UK’s advertising spend grew by 6.1% in 2023, reaching £36.6 billion. Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising stood out as the only traditional medium to grow, with a 9.7% increase. Digital-Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising saw an even more impressive rise, jumping by 12.2%.

The number of roadside digital screens has seen a significant increase, up by 282% since 2018. This growth is evident across transport, retail, and leisure sectors, suggesting these areas might drive further increases.
